A remote instruction log file 23 stores the data of the contents of a remote instruction for plural automatized machines. A guard work file 24 stores guard work result data transmitted from a guard work result transmitting part. A fault processing slip managing part 11 generates fault processing slip data from the data of these files, and stores it in a fault processing slip data file 25, and simultaneously, when it receives a retrieving request in respect of a fault, it retrieves the fault processing slip data stored in the fault processing slip data file 25. |
