<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the transparent tablet from waving only when left in a high- humidity atmosphere and to improve the visibility by connecting the circuit of one of two substrates, provided with transparent conductive films and circuits connecting them, to a contact terminal part of a substrate provided with contact terminal parts through 1st and 2nd circuit boards and the circuit of the other circuit through a 3rd circuit board. CONSTITUTION: The two transparent electrode substrates A and B provided with the transparent conductive films 21 and 29 on one-surface sides are arranged so that the transparent conductive films opposite each other. Further, the circuit C is provided with contact terminal parts 28 and 34 for an external circuit. The transparent conductive film 21 on the upper substrate A is connected to the contact terminal part 28 on the substrate C through the circuit 22 and anisotropic conductive film 23 on the substrate, the circuit 24 and anisotropic conductive film 25 on the substrate D, and the circuit 26 and anisotropic conductive film 27 on the substrate E. The transparent conductive film 29 on the substrate B, on the other hand, is connected electrically to the contact terminal part 34 on the substrate C through the circuit 30 and anisotropic conductive film 31 on the substrate B and the circuit 32 and anisotropic conductive film 33 on the substrate F.</p> |
