发明名称 PRODUCTION OF OPTICAL DISK SUBSTRATE
摘要 PURPOSE: To relax the impact force generated when a resin flowing in at a high speed impinges against a mold violently while extremely reducing the double refraction or deformation in a substrate in the production of an optical disk substrate. CONSTITUTION: A stamper is set to the cavity formed by movable and fixed molds to which mold clamping force is applied and a resin material is charged in the cavity to be molded to produce an optical disk substrate to which the surface data of the stamper is transferred. In this method, the mold clamping force applied to the movable and fixed molds is set to the value expanding the cavity by the injection pressure of the resin during the filling of the cavity with the resin and, thereafter, mold clamping force is controlled so as to be reduced to cool and solidify the resin.
