PURPOSE: To relieve the burden of setting required items when an electronic conference is started. CONSTITUTION: The system is provided with a template database 10 having various templates in which management information required to start an electronic conference is set and a template selection section 3 selecting an optional template among the various templates in the template database 10. Thus, an electronic conference is started according to the management information set in advance in the template selected by the template selection section 3 to start the electronic conference by having only to select a desired template. Furthermore, a mode selection section 2, a user setting section 5 and a tool setting section 6 are further provided in the system so as to select whether a formal electronic conference is to be started or an informal electronic conference is to be held and even when an informal electronic conference is selected, the electronic conference is started by having only to set participants of the conference and a tool used for the conference. |
