PURPOSE: To provide a slip control device for a lockup clutch for a vehicle to perform judgement of judder with high precision. CONSTITUTION: When it is decided by an amplitude change judging means 202 that a change|DNTJ-DNTJO|of amplitude DNTJ detected by SW4 corresponding to a rotation fluctuation amplitude detecting means 200 exceeds a judgement reference value tKDNTJS, counting in not effected by a judder deciding counter CJADA at SO75 and the use of a current rotation fluctuation for judgement by a judder judging means 208 is blocked. The amplitude change in a rotation fluctuation owing to a protrusion and a hole locally formed in a road is high during the generation or damping thereof. However, since a rotation fluctuation of the amplitude change|DNTJ-DNTJO|which exceeds the judgement reference value tKDNTJS is not used for judgement of the judder judging means 208, precision of judgement of judder is sharply improved. |
