Receptacle (1) for storing objects, in particular, within a space inside a vehicle such as the dashboard area. The receptacle is intended for storing miscellaneous articles, and can be used as a glove compartment and the like. It is delimited by a set of faces (2) which define an opening (3), one of said faces (2) being of a deformable material, and comprises a stiffening frame (6). The present invention also concerns a metho for the manufacture by moudling of a dashboard (4) comprising such a container (1).
