<p>PURPOSE: To provide a transparent conductive sheet for a transparent touch panel which can sharply improve visibility and light transmission quantity and is provided with various properties such as heat resistance, solvent resistance, hardness, stiffness, scratch resistance, the adhesiveness of a transparent conductive layer, and moisture non-permeability in respect to a optical isotropic transparent conductive sheet to be superposed under a polarizing plate of a liquid crystal display element for a transparent touch panel. CONSTITUTION: A non-solvent type active energy ray curing type resin curing substance layer 2 is formed at least on one face of a optical isotropic base film 1 obtained by cast containing method. When it is defined that the refractive index of the film 1 is n1 , the refractive index of the layer 2 is n2 , both relation n2 <1.5 and n1 -n2 >0.1 is satisfied.</p> |
