PURPOSE: To enhance adhesion of inside and outside layers to the copper clad foil face of a dry film by laminating the dry film to the opposite sides of a double-sided copper clad laminate plate with plated through holes. CONSTITUTION: Printed wiring dry films 6, 7 are laminated, respectively, to the opposite sides of a double-sided copper clad laminate plate with plated through holes. The films 6, 7 comprise film-like light absorbing resins 6b, 7b protected by polyethylene and polyester films 6a, 7a. When the dry films 6, 7 are laminated, film-like photoresists 6b, 7b are hot pressed against the opposite copper clad foil faces 2, 3 and laminated thereto while stripping the polyethylene and the surface of the film-like photoresists 6b, 7b are then protected by the polyethylene films 6a, 7a. This method enhances adhesion of the inside and outside layers to the copper clad foil face of the dry film. |
