PURPOSE: To improve the characteristics of manufactured article by a method wherein the lapped amorphous sheet material is cut, and the gaps of the connection part of each of them are almost formed uniformly. CONSTITUTION: On the line where a plurality of sheet materials are stretched and cut in lapped state, the cutting operation is conducted in the state wherein a tensile grip part is being rotated. As a result, the cutting length of each amorphous sheet material in a block 18 is changed by 2πt (t is the thickness of base material piece). Subsequently, a plurality of blocks ate stack, and they are molded in round or rectangular shape. As a result, a highly efficient amorphous core transformer can be obtained, miniaturization and weight reduction can be accomplished, and the amorphous transformer can be obtained at low cost.
