PURPOSE: To provide a call device in which both hands can freely be used during a call by integrating an earphone with a microphone and hanging them on an ear. CONSTITUTION: This device is the call device 3 consisting of a frame 4 provided with a hook 5 to be hooked on an earlobe, a small speaker 8 as the earphone and the microphone 6 arranged on the frame 4, and a cord 2 to connect them to a telephone set main body, and no manual positioning of the call device is required during the call, which enables both hands to freely be used during the call and a telephone set to be used conveniently.
