发明名称 THREE-DIMENSIONAL ANALYTICAL METHOD FOR FLUID FLOW OF CENTRIFUGAL BLOWER
摘要 PURPOSE: To easily analyse the flow around blades by obtain a stationary solution in the field analysis area for a flow from motor shaft direction to diametral direction through numerical analysis by using a rotary coordinate system. CONSTITUTION: When a motor shaft 20 rotates together with a disc 2, a plurality of flat-plate blades 3 and annulus 4, an air enters through a hollow port 9 in a direction of axis B1 and hits the inner face of a scroll wall 8 through the blades 3, then it is pushed out and blowen out in an A1 direction. This is used as model, and a space surrounded by three pieces of blades 3, sub side plates 10, main plate 7 and wall 8 is set as an analysis area, further the wall 8 is shifted at a specified scroll expansion ratio and constant speed in the radial direction and an angle between the blades 3 is set toπ/6 (30 deg.). In addition, the outer boundary of the upper part of the plate 10 (lower flow-out part) is free flow-in (flow-out) and air releasing conditions, the circumferential direction is a cyclic boundary, and the blade face is non-sliding condition. Furthermore, supposing that the upper surface of the plate 7 in the outer diameter of the blade 3 has a radial circumfetrential speed, a stationary solution is obtained through numerical analysis of differential method using a rotary coodinate system. Thus, the flow entering a rotary field around the blade can be easily analysed.
