CONSTITUTION: This device is equipped with a variable detecting means 3 which detects the variable of a body to be detected, a switching means 23 which performs switching to the confirmation of the grounding of the variable detecting means to the body to be detected, an amplifying and converting means 37 which amplifies the analog voltage for the grounding confirmation of the variable detecting means through the switching of the switching means and converts the amplified analog voltage into a digital quantity, and a voltage value detecting means which detects the digital quantity amplified and converted by the amplifying and converting means for a certain time.</p> |
