PURPOSE: To allow a center to provide a power saving command to plural automatic vending machines quickly by using a radio communication channel. CONSTITUTION: A center equipment 12 sends a power saving command to each automatic vending machine 13 via transmission and reception antennas 11, 9 through a radio channel. The power saving command is received by a receiver 10 of each automatic vending machine 13 almost at the same time of its transmission and fed to a main control section 7. The main control section 7 gives a prescribed power saving command to a cooling and heating control means 6 of each automatic vending machine based on the power saving command to be received. Thus, when the center desires to reduce power demand, the power saving command is sent quickly to plural automatic vending machines simultaneously, in which power saving is executed. |
