摘要 PURPOSE: To conduct power distribution at low cost by supplying two levels of dc voltages to a load through three distribution lines from two battery units. CONSTITUTION: For example, two battery units, each of which has an output voltage of 12V, are connected in series to form a dc power supply. A minus terminal of the battery unit 1 and a plus terminal of the battery unit 2 are connected at a connection 6 and the total voltage of a newly formed dc power supply is 24V. One end of a distribution line A is connected to a plus terminal of the battery unit 1 and one end of a distribution line B is connected to the connection 6 and one end of a distribution line C is connected a minus terminal of the battery unit 2. Due to this wiring, the voltage between the distribution lines A and B is 12V and the voltage between the distribution lines B and C is 12V, which is the voltage of a single battery, and the voltage between the distribution lines A and C is 24V, which is the total voltage of the dc power supply. This means that two levels of voltages, 12V and 24V, can be supplied to a load 4 by means of three distribution lines A, B, and C. By this method, power distribution can be conducted at low cost.
