PURPOSE: To obtain a small outer diameter when wound in a roll and to obtain safety in operation by forming a weather resistant resin layer to cover both surfaces which contains inorganic particles in an uneven surface. CONSTITUTION: A polyimide film is used as an insulating film board 1. A photoelectric conversion semiconductor layer 3 between a first electrode layer 2 and a second electrode layer 3 is provided on the board 1. The layer 2 is an Ag film; the layer 4 is an ITO film; and the layer 3 is an a-Si film having a pin junction. Both surfaces are covered with weather resistant resin layers 8. The layer 8 contains inorganic particles in an uneven surface. Thus, when the surface is formed uneven, it hardly slide, and hence an operator working on it is kept safe. It becomes easy to contain the particles uniformly, and the outer diameter of the roll is reduced. |
