PURPOSE: To eliminate the fluctuation of a stored offset voltage and to make an integrating circuit have higher accuracy. CONSTITUTION: Cancel means 1 and 2, which store the offset value of an operation amplifier 3 of an integrating circuit as the digital value, are provided. The analog value, which is the offset value of the integration circuit, is converted into the digital value by well known AD conversion. The digital value is stored in a memory element such as RAM, a ROM that can be electrically rewritten and a flip-flop. |
