PURPOSE: To provide the expensive piezoelectric resonance component of stable characteristics by suppressing terminal resonance without increasing the thickness of a terminal board and the number of large-sized components and without increasing assembly man-hour to eliminate the fluctuation of the vibration characteristics of a piezoelectric element. CONSTITUTION: This piezoelectric resonance component 2 is composed of the plural piezoelectric element 3-6 for which an electrode is formed on a surface and the terminal boards 9 and 11 interposed among the piezoelectric elements 3-6 for which projections 9b and 11b are formed at an approximately center part so as to be in contact with the electrode. The terminal boards 9 and 11 are in a double folding shape and the projections 9b and 11b are formed back to back. Also, the warp of 0-50μm (excluding 0) in a state before performing interposing among the piezoelectric elements 3-6 is formed in a projecting shape on the side of the projections 9b and 11b around the projections 9b and 11b.
