<p>PURPOSE: To perform communication between the terminal of its own network and that of another network and to perform the communication while subordinately sychronizing with a normal clock when abnormality occurs in a clock. CONSTITUTION: The communication within its own network and that with another network can be performed by receiving the clock from another network by a clock input circuit 31 with one of node devices 101-104 of its own network as a synchronization control node, transmitting data from a transmission control circuit 20 based on the clock, and performing the synchronization control within its own network. When the abnormality is detected in the clock, the synchronization control node is operated as a subordinate synchronization node, and the subordinate synchronization node detecting the abnormality of the clock performs synchronization control within its own network by the clock from the clock input circuit 31, and it is operated as the synchronization control node so as to perform the communication within its own network and that with another network.</p> |
