PURPOSE: To manages a large amount of data regarding an air conditioner intensively at one master station and know the details of the operation state of the air-conditioner at optional time, to adapt the device, system, and method even to an air-conditioner which has different communication protocol and automatically reset it, and to enable fitting to various air-conditioners. CONSTITUTION: After the fixed form conversion part 20 of a data control part 11 converts operation state data D on a gas heat pump device into a fixed form data record F, a compression part 3 compresses it into a compressed data record P. A storage and extraction part 40 stores a data memory part 12 with compressed data records P for a certain time and compressed data records P for a time longer than the certain time which are extracted at specific time intervals. With a transfer request signal from the master station, compressed data records P for the time that the signal indicates are transferred from the data memory part 12 to the master station through a teleterminal transmission and reception modem part 13.
