<p>In a composite comprising pulp sludge powder(60-70%) dried and neutralized by a counteragent, a fire retardant(15%) and resin adhesive of 15-25%; the composite is made by; drying the pulp sludge powder made by eliminating the toxin from it using a couteragent of 2-3% in the ratio per ton; mixing said powder with the fire retardant containing inorganic material and fiber, and resin adhesives at 150-250 deg.C into a gel state; and press-molding by a molding machine.</p> |
