CEPHALOSPORIN WATER SOLUBLE COMPOSITION

摘要

The antibiotic agent is composed of 5-41 wt% cephalosporin compound(VII), 10-60 wt% nicotine amide and 25-85 wt% distilled water. The method for manufacturing it includes the steps of ; (a)making nicotine amide solution by adding nicotine amide to water; (b) dissolving cephalosporin compound(VII) in nicotine amide solution; (c) removing excess insoluble cephalosporin compound(VII) through filtration. This antibiotic agent maintains activity of 88% after one week.
