PURPOSE: To provide an electrical power control device for an electrical cooking device having a simple circuit configuration and capable of reducing its cost. CONSTITUTION: An electrical power supplying contact point 2A connected in series with a heater 1 arranged within a cooking chamber and connected to an electrical power supply is turned on or off by a first relay and at the same time a protective contact point 2B connected in parallel with the heater 1 is turned on or off by a second relay. Then, after the protection contact point 2B is turned off when a cooking operation is started under the operation of a control circuit 8, the power supply contact point 2A is turned off and in turn when the cooking operation is finished, the power supplying contact point 2A is turned on, then the protective contact point 2B is turned off under the control of two relays, and in turn in the case that the power supply contact point 2A is melted and adhered, the protective contact point 2B is turned off and in turn when the protective contact point 2B is melted and adhered, the power supply contact point 2A is turned off so as to hot melt a fuse 3 connected in series with the heater 1 under the operation of this melt cutting circuit. |
