PURPOSE: To obtain a disk which is low-cost, whose environment resistant property is high and in which high-density thin substrates have been pasted, and to obtain its manufacturing method and its manufacturing apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A first reflection film 3 as a first information medium layer is formed on a first information signal face 2 in a first substrate 1. A second reflection film 7 as a second information medium layer is formed on a second information signal face 6 in a second substrate 5. The first reflection film 3 is coated with an adhesive 10a which is composed of at least one out of a radical polymerization hardening resin and a cationic polymerization hardening resin. The first reflection film 3 is faced with the second reflection film 7, and the respective substrates 1, 5 are overlapped. Then, according to the kind of the resin in the adhesive, the adhesive 10a is hardened by executing any of an air cutoff treatment, an ultraviolet irradiation treatment and a low- temperature heating treatment or a combination of the respective treatments, the first substrate 1 and the second substrate 5 are united and pasted, and a disk is manufactured. |
