PURPOSE: To transmit the data with high efficiency and at a high speed among the picture communication devices installed at many sports. CONSTITUTION: The picture communication devices 11 and 12-1 to 12-3 having >=2 speech channels and three-party talking circuits are connected together in a chain by a single taking link via a two-way communication network. When no transmission data are available, each picture communication device fetches the reception data and transfers them directly to another picture communication device. When the transmission data are available, the picture communication device fetches the reception data and also sends the transmission data to another picture communication device. then the fetched reception data are transferred to another picture communication device after the transmission data are transferred. |
