PURPOSE: To enhance business efficiency by inputting the image information of the scenery, which is photographed on the preset conditions including reference dimensions, and forming the three-dimensional coordinates of the scenery based on the information. The focal length of a lens, the ground height of a camera screen and a pitch angle are inputted as known data. An observing point is set at the original point of a world coordinates. A line of sight vector, wherein the noting point is set in the direction of Z (front and rear) = -∞, is set. At the same time, the X (right and left) axis is rotated and processed by a pitch angle, and the Y (up and down) axis is moved in parallel a required height. Thus, the visual-field replacing matrix is obtained. The screen coordinates are converted into the world coordinates based on the matrix and the focal length of the lens.
