PURPOSE: To perform the careful control of access to conference data corresponding to directory and file units and small items inside a file, etc. CONSTITUTION: The conference data are stored in a conference data storage part 11 and are composed of hierarchized plural items. A read authority list corresponding to the conference data is stored in an access control part 12 and the names of conference participants provided with the read right of the item are listed after respective item numbers. The control part 12 refers to the access authority list for an access request from the conference participant inputted from an input/output part 14 and executes the request to the storage part 11 when the participant who issues the request is provided with the right. Since the undisplayed items are present because the conference participants without the read right are present, when it is possible that the number of the item to be displayed is to be omitted and the continuity is to be lost, a display control part 13 fills the omitted number, changes the item number so as to be a serial number and performs display. |
