PURPOSE: To provide the optical transmission and reception system device which can securely control corresponding external equipments even when two different kinds of light signal are used. CONSTITUTION: This device consists of a control main body equipped with a 1st light signal controller part 105 which sends or receives a 1st light signal 153, a 2nd light signal controller part 105 which receives a 2nd light signal 150c, and a CPU 103 which switches and selects the 1st or 2nd controller part and controls the transmission of the 2nd light signal 150a on the basis of the received data of the 1st light signal, a 1st external equipment (remote operation body) which receives or transmits the light from the 1st light signal controller part, and a 2nd external equipment (sound equipment, video equipment, and home equipment) which receives the light from the 2nd light signal controller part. |
