PURPOSE: To provide a dielectric porcelain composition and stacked dielectric parts in which both relative permittivity and no-load Q value are high and the temperature coefficient of a resonant frequency is small, and which can be burnt at a low temperature and is used in a microwave area. CONSTITUTION: Bismuth oxide, calcium oxide, and niobium oxide, as main components, are burnt in a bismuth atmosphere so as to obtain a dielectric porcelain composition. Dielectric layers 4 and internal conductor layers 5 made of this dielectric material are alternately stacked and are burnt in the bismuth atmosphere, and external electrodes 8 are baked thereon so as to obtain a stacked dielectric resonator. |
