NETWORK CONTROL AND MONITOR SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To immediately recognize the state of a network by reporting the start and end points for control of a transmission device to a monitor monitoring device from a master monitoring device. CONSTITUTION: A master monitoring device 1 issues the start and end commands for a control operation and then receives an answer of the control result from a transmission device 3 that carried out those control commands. Thus a control start/end report means 1a is driven at every time point. Then the device 1 sends a control start/end report (2) to a monitor monitoring device 2. The device 2 can receive the report (2) from the device 1 via a device 3 (#1), a communication circuit 4 and a device 3 (#2) or via a public circuit 5. The device 2 receives a control start or end report through a communication reception means 2a and then sets or updates the contents of a state management table 2c through a state management means 2b.
