PURPOSE: To provide a bulletin board system capable of easily confirming the presence/absence of reference of a bulletin document relating to a specific user. CONSTITUTION: When new bulletin information is registered from a terminal equipment 6 connected via a LAN 5, bulletin information inputted from the input part 18 of the terminal equipment 6 is stored in the bulletin information storage part 3a of a DB 3, and the identification information on the specified user to refer to the inputted bulletin information is stored in the reference information storage part 3b of the DB 3, and the new bulletin information is registered. When the bulletin information is retrieved and referred to by the specified user having the identification information stored in the reference information storage part 3b, information on the fact that the bulletin in formation has been referred to is stored in the reference infromation storage part 3b corresponding to the identification information provided in the specified user being performing reference, then the reference of the bulletin information is completed. It is confirmed whether or not the bulletin informtion has been referred to by the specified user by outputting the information stored in the reference information storage part 3b. |
