UREA DERIVATIVES

Urea derivs. of formula (I), their hydrates and their pharmaceutically acceptable acid addn. salts are new, where R1 is piperidino or pyrrolidino, both opt. substd. by OH or 1-3C alkyl, A is ethylene, propylene orbut(en)ylene, R2 is 1-20C alkyl, 3-6C cycloalkyl, benzyl or phenyl opt. substd. by 1-3 of halo, 1-3C alkyl, 1-3C alkoxy, CF3, NH2, NO2 or OCH2O, and X is O or S. - Pref. R1 is piperidino or 4-hydroxy- or 4-methyl-piperidino, R2 is 1-6C alkyl or 3-6C cycloalkyl and A is propylene or butenylene. - N-(4-methoxyphenyl) -N'-(3-(3-piperidinomethyl phenoxy)propyl) urea is an example.
