PURPOSE: To provide a building management device which can start a series of control operations in fixed-form order en bloc, facilitates the operations, and can perform automatic close control. CONSTITUTION: This building management device is equipped with a control equipment registration means 1 which registers control equipment data 2, an associative condition registration means 3 which registers associative condition data 4, a control continuation condition registration means 8 which registers control continuation condition data 9, a control indication means 11 which indicates the start of control, and an associative control execution means 7 which makes a request for control over the facility equipment registered first in the control equipment data 2 when the associative conditions are met, and then makes requests for control over 2nd and succeeding facility equipments registered in the control equipment data 2 in order while confirming that the control continuation conditions are met. |
