The length at which the channel 45 is pushed into the insertion part 8 is fixed as (α/2) when the length to be withdrawn at this time is defined asα. Consequently, the moving quantity of the channel 45 in a central direction is smaller than when the length at which the channel 45 is pushed into the insertion part is set at '0' if the curving part 11 is curved maximum in the direction where the channel 45 comes on the side outer than the central axis. There is no possibility that the channel 45 is pushed to the outer side of the curving part 11 and is pressed to wire rest 48 when pincers 46 are inserted as compared to the case when the length to push the channel is set at >=α.
