摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To provide a simple inexpensive automatic blow chemical feeder by suppressing variations of a blow water amount and variations of chemical concentration in cooling water. CONSTITUTION: There are provided a predetermined blow rate blow valve V2 for blowing a predetermined amount of cooling water at all times, an electric conductivity meter C1 for measuring electric conducitivity of cooling water, a conductivity meter interlocking blow valve V1 for opening/closing the valve in response to a measurement result of the conductivity meter C1 , and a chemical feeding pump P2 for supplying a water processed chemical in response to the amount of blow water of each of the blow valves V1 , V2 . Hereby, variations of the amount of blow water are reduced by making use of two modes of blows: a continuous blow where water is discharged at a predetermined flow speed at all times and an intermittent blow where water is discharged interlocking with the conductivity. Load variations of a blow waste water pressing apparatus are reduced and hence operation control is facilitated. Chemical feeding is controlled in response to each of the two modes of the blows so that variations of chemical concentration in cooling water are reduced. Processing effect of a chemical can be stably and effectually obtained.</p>
