<p>PURPOSE: To produce a large swinging state constantly and prevent birds from making nests by a method wherein fine wires which have magnets attached to their tips are provided radially on a spring and the spring is attached to a fixing member. CONSTITUTION: A fixing member 1 is attached to a tower material. A spring 2 is made to stand in a hole formed in the bolt 6 of the fixing member 1 so as to rotate freely. A plurality of fine wires 3 are provided on the spring 2 radially so as to have a form of a weeping willow hanging from the top end 2a of the spring 2. Further, an anemoscope 4 is provided. The wind receiving part 4a of the anemoscope 4 is turned by the wind and the spring 2 is moved accordingly. Or, the spring 2 and the fine wires 3 are made to swing by the wind and the contact of a bird and the amplitudes of the fine wires 3 are amplified by the repulsion forces of magnets 11 attached to the tips of the fine wires. Moreover, the swing of the spring 2 and the swings of the radial fine wires 3 give influences upon each other by the swings and turns to produce irregular swings. With this constitution, birds coming close to this apparatus cannot be accustomed to it and the bird attack can be avoided over a long term.</p> |
