PURPOSE: To provide a document preparing device which is capable of preparing a document easy to read without varying the distances between the characters of the document. CONSTITUTION: The margin data between the design box 10 of each character and a boundary box 11 and the minimum value (or the maximum value) and the standard value of the distance between the boundary boxes 11 with each other are provided so that all of the distances D1 , D2 between KANJI (Chinese characters) with each other, the distance D3 between a KANJI and a KANA (Japanese syllabary) with each other, and the distances D4 , D5 between KANA with each other may be equal. The distance between each character is composed so as not to exceed the maximum value (or the minimum value) and to be equal space. |
