PURPOSE: To improve the space efficiency of a studio and to allow one operator to confirm video images from plural VTR sets and to remotely control them. CONSTITUTION: VTR sets 1-1∼1-n record/reproduce signals to/from a VTR recording medium used for a broadcast program. A division image composite device 2 composes video signals from each of the VTR sets 1-1∼1-n and the video signal composed by the division image composite device 2 is displayed on a monitor 3. A control section 4 provides an output of a control signal to each of the VTR sets 1-1∼1-n based on a control signal from a touch panel 3a on the monitor 3. A VTR control section 14-1 of the VTR set 1-1 discriminates whether or not the control signals received from an operation panel 11-1, a light receiving section 12-1, and a control signal input section 13-1 indicate an instruction to the VTR 1-1 itself. The VTR control section 14-1 controls a medium drive section 15-1 and a recording/reproducing section 16-1 depending on the control signal upon the discrimination of presence of instruction destinated to its own set to control it corresponding to the control signal. |
