PURPOSE: To provide an electric connector which is capable of stably connecting a sub-substrate, hardly broken even when the sub-substrate is repeatedly inserted and removed, and highly economical and inexpensive. CONSTITUTION: An electric connector is used to connect a sub-substrate 30 in which a plurality of pads are arranged at the edge to a main substrate, and a contact terminal 40 formed by punching from an elastic conducting material sheet and bending it is arranged in a pre-loading state. The edge of the sub-substrate is inserted between an upper contact 41 and a lower contact 44 of each contact terminal 40 without applying insertion force, then the sub- substrate is rotated. Thereby, each contact 41 comes in contact with each corresponding pad with specified contact force. |
