PURPOSE: To prevent the useless lighting of a rotating lamp and reduce the number of parts. CONSTITUTION: A trigger magnet part 15 is provided in a part of the rotary seating of a rotating lamp, and a reed relay 16 which is turned on and off with the passing-through of a projection part 15, a flicker timer circuit 20 which is turned on and off at a predetermined time constant by the turning on and off of the reed relay 16 and a circuit for making an electric bulb 2 flicker by the turning on and off of the flicker timer circuit 20 are provided. The flicker timer circuit 20 is turned on and off by adjusting time with a time constant based on a capacitor and a variable resistor to make the electric bulb 2 flicker. |
