<p>PURPOSE: To suppress heat generation due to short-circuiting of battery terminals and prevent a fire and a skin burn because of the heat generation in disposal of used and unnecessary batteries by providing a battery disposal and recovery device with a specific constitution. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with an electric insulating agent storage part 12 for storing an electric insulating agent equipped in an upper cover 1, an applying means having a nozzle part 13 for applying the electric insulating agent discharged from the storage part 12, and a battery guide case part 18 having a battery storage hole 17 into which the nozzle part 13 is inserted and a battery is stored when the upper cover 1 is closed. It is further provided with a rotary plate device having a battery placing part 23 which contacts a terminal of a battery stored in the battery storage hole 17 with the nozzle part. 13 and is brought into contact with the battery terminal when the insulating agent is applied to a battery terminal for insulating process, and a battery dropping hole 30 for passing the battery, on a surface of a rotary plate 19, and a battery storage means 3 for storing the batteries dropped through the battery dropping hole 30 of the rotary plate device after the terminals of the batteries are insulating processed by the applying means.</p> |
