<p>PURPOSE: To detect a low conductive element except metal as well by forming a spiral conductor from the inside toward the outside in a plane, and forming an inserting passage for passing the center of the winding of the spiral conductor across the plane formed out of the conductor at the conductive element to be detected. CONSTITUTION: In the moving conductor detecting coil 1, a spiral conductor 3 is formed from the inside toward the outside in plane and the conductor 3 at a conductive element 5 to be detected is made to be an inserting passage 7 for passing the spiral center of the conductor 3 across a plane formed of. The conductor 3 is formed out of a coated steel plate, and spirally adhered to a glass epoxy plate 9. The winding starting end of the conductor 3 is inserted to a through hole provided at the plate 9, and extended to the outside of the plate 9 as a ground potential side terminal 11. The winding end of the conductor 3 is extended to the outside of the plate 9 as a high-frequency high-voltage applying side terminal 13. When a high-frequency current is supplied to the coil 1 and the element 5 is passed to the passage 7, an output signal due to the eddy current loss is obtained between both the terminals 11 and 13.</p> |
