The system consists of a garment in the shape of a pair of pants made from thin polymer film material, incorporating sheaths with retaining rings which fit inside the vagina and anus, or are adapted to fit the penis and anus in the case of a man. A separate mask of the same material can be used to protect the face and mouth for use with oral sex. The items are designed to be destroyed after a single use.
