<p>PURPOSE: To prevent delay in data transfer from occurring and to maintain the quality of a moving image and a voice, etc. CONSTITUTION: Data transferred from a request origin G0 is sent to a reception destination Gn via plural networks. The networks are connected mutually by gateways G1-Gn-1. Each of the gateways G1-Gn-1 calculates capacity required for the transfer processing of the data by a capacity calculation part 1 when receiving a data transfer request newly. The cumulative addition value of capacity is stored in a capacity storage part 2. A capacity managing part 3 manages the capacity, and neglects a new data transfer request at a time when the capacity exceeds the throughput of a data transfer processing part 5. Only the identification information of a request origin for which the data transfer request is permitted is stored in a request origin list 4, and the data transfer processing part 5 performs only the data transfer processing from the request origin stored in the request origin list 4.</p> |
