<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a magnetic marker which can be easily manufactured and has a small size by directly bringing a linear section composed of a magnetic material into contact with a planar section and adjusting the angle between the axis of easy magnetization of the planar section and the longitudinal direction of the linear section within a specific angle range. CONSTITUTION: The magnetic marker is used for such a device which electronically monitors or discriminates articles and provided with a linear section 21 composed of a magnetic material and a planar section 22. The angle between the axis of easy magnetization of the planar section 22 and the longitudinal direction of the linear section 21 is adjusted within a range from 40 deg. to 90 deg. and the sections 21 and 22 are directly brought into contact with each other. The uniaxial magnetic anisotropic planar section is composed of a magnetic material. When crystals are oriented in one direction in the planar section 22 or the section 22 is formed or heat-treated in a magnetic field, the section 22 can be effectively made to have uniaxial magnetic anisotropy. A film 3 is a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive film composed of a main body 5, adhesive compounds 14a and 14b respectively applied to both surfaces of the main body 5, and release paper 6 stuck to the lower surface of the main body 5. The user of the film 3 must remove the paper 6 before sticking the film 3 to the main body 5.</p> |
