PURPOSE: To bond a synthetic resin sheet and a conductive metal foil integrally and to realize a good electrical connection between the pointed end of a conductor bump and the surface of a conductive metal foil by forming an insulating adhesive layer selectively between the conductive metal foil and the synthetic resin sheet except the region where the pointed end of a conductor bump penetrates. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum foil 4 and a silicon rubber sheet are disposed as a body to be pressed on the read side of an electrolytic copper foil 1'. A spacer is also provided and a silicon rubber plate is disposed on the rear side of an electrolytic copper foil 1. It is heated under that state and when it is heated up to 120 deg.C, it is pressed with pressure of 2 MPa and taken out after cooling. This structure realizes a double sided copper clad plate having a conductor wiring part 2' where conductor bumps 2 are press fitted, as they are, in a synthetic resin sheet 3 and the pointed end parts are connected with the electrolytic copper foil 1'. With such structure, reliable connection is ensured between the surfaces of conductive metal foils disposed oppositely. |
