PURPOSE: To reduce the generation of defective products caused by the lack of parts to be assembled on a main production line caused by the fault of a sub-production line. CONSTITUTION: When any fault is generated on the subsidiary production line for producing the parts of a work, the number of works to use the relevant parts is retrieved by a tracking managing part 33. A stock managing part 35 retrieves the number of stocked relevant parts. An omitted parts simulation part 37 simulates the generation of defective products caused by omitted parts corresponding to this number of works and the number of stocked parts. According to this simulation, a hold setting part 38 stops the main production line. |
