SUBSTANCE: product is synthesized by interaction of 1,6-hexamethylenediisocyanate with diethanolamine in water being 1,6-hexamethylenediisocyanate is taken at amount from 1.0005 to 1.1 of stoichiometric. After reaction termination reaction mixture is kept at 25-60 C for time necessary for complete interaction of excess of 1,6-hexamethylenediisocyanate and formed precipitate is separated. Synthesized tetrahydroxyalkyl-substituted urea can be used in medicine. EFFECT: high purity of product.
