FIELD: power industry, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, in particular - apparatuses for components mixing and emulsions production, for example, to produce highly dispersive water-fuel dispersions. SUBSTANCE: mixer has: "n" inlet branch pipes, one of which is vertical and is connected directly to mixing chamber; mixing joint; outlet branch pipe; inlet branch pipe, that is built in distribution chamber located around vertical branch pipe. Distribution chamber has at least two cavities communicating with each other and connected with mixing chamber through canals. Number of distributing chambers is "n"- 1. Each cavity of distribution chamber is formed by adjacent to each other coaxially located cylindrical members. In the case cylindrical members, that divide chamber for cavities, are perforated in upper part just over level of inlet branch pipe. In lower part all cylindrical members have bulges located along circumference. Distributing chambers (when number "n" n ≥ 2 2) are built in each other so, that cylindrical member, closing last cavity of chamber, is extension of outer cylindrical member of next chamber. EFFECT: intensified process of mixture components stirring, increased quality of mixture due to uniform feeding of mixture components in zone of mixing. 1 dwg |
