FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves estimating functional state of a patient just before the beginning of the magnetic therapy course and after the surgical intervention took place, carrying out polyrheographic examination to determine the expected level of patient magnetotropic response. The magnetotherapy course is administered to patients in the state of compensation and subcompensation as a part of treatment course as soon as the examination is accomplished. To determine the procedure and treatment course duration, the magnetotropic response level is adjusted by using radiothermometric examination evidence at local level before and after test procedure. Session duration is equal to 10 min, if the patient magnetotropic response level is determined as high one according to the initial state and test procedure data. Session duration is equal to 20 min, if the patient magnetotropic response level is determined as moderate one. To adjust the magnetotherapy mode, actual level of magnetotropic response is to be determined by means of polyrheographic and thermometric examination. If the patient magnetotropic response level is determined as high one with respect to some initially determined level, the magnetotherapy session duration is to be either reduced or interrupted for several days. The patient magnetotropic response level is evaluated by applying calculated discrimination functions. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment in early postoperative period. |
