The frame has a roughly U-shaped cross section, with limbs (2,3) which are separated by a web (4). The web has a groove (7) to accept a sealing strip, and the base of the groove has at least one opening (9).The frame has a clamp with two jaws, and one (13) of these is pivoted on a web (11), which is roughly parallel to the separating web and is also connected to it. The jaw is adjusted by equipment which is supported on one of the two webs, and the web for the pivoting jaw may also be integrated with the opposing clamping jaw (12).
